What You Will Do

As an Associate with Wheaton Franciscan-WI, you will have the opportunity to provide observation and surveillance of assigned patients.

You will:

  • Monitors patients by use of video monitors.
  • Communicates and/or instructs patients by use of 2-way audio device.
  • Notifies clinical staff of any changes in patient condition and/or safety risk level.
  • Completes documentation of observations of patient activities, patient behaviors and other safety & comfort related issues.

What You Will Need

Education:
  • HS or Equivalent 
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required
Work Experience:
  • No experience required, but some experience preferred.
